A Letter From The Festival's Executive Director
The weather was perfect, the crowds came, and artists – from 36 states and Canada - left Happy Valley very pleased. It was a wonderful week for all.
On behalf of the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts™ Board of Directors, staff and volunteers, we want to extend a heart-felt thank to everyone – artists, festival attendees, sponsors, food vendors, volunteers and staff - who helped make the 2009 event so successful. Is it our vision to provide a high quality, educational, fun, accessible, and well-attended Festival, and we believe we achieved that goal.
