ORGANIZATION & STRUCTURE
The festival is an independent, nonprofit corporation created as a cooperative town-and-gown venture.  A volunteer board of directors of representatives of the State College and Penn State communities establishes festival policy.  There are three full-time professional staff members.  More than 1,000 volunteers help make the Festival a reality each year.

TRADEMARKS
The “Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts”, “Arts Festival”, and the logo at left are trademarks within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  No use of these trademarks may be made in connection with the manufacture and/or sale of merchandise without the CPFA’s express written approval.

HELP THE FESTIVAL!
The 2010 Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts needs more than 1,000 volunteers to make the event a success.  Volunteers are needed to assist with the sidewalk sale, physical arrangements, performing arts, welcome and information booths, and festival sales booths, and to serve as docents for the Festival Eyes program.  Call (814) 237-3682 to help with this wonderful community event.
